Yes! Stay rest assured, RYZE gum does not contain any sugar. The sweetness you feel comes from low calorie sweeteners* that are widely used in products in India, US and Europe.
* RYZE gums contain sorbitol, maltitol, sucralose and acesulfame potassium
sweeteners.
RYZE gums should be chewed differently compared to ordinary chewing gums to ensure that the release is gradual and satisfying.
They deliver the best results when the following CHEW - PAUSE - CHEW method is followed:
1. CHEW the gum till you get the taste (a slightly
sharp, spicy note)
2. PAUSE & park the gum in your mouth
3. CHEW again when the taste fades
The flavour starts to become very faint after 18-20 mins. However, given the soft-chew technology, a RYZE gum can be chewed for up to 30 minutes.
RYZE 2mg gums: Depending on the consumption habit and quitting plan, 6-12 pieces a day, and not more than 24 pieces of gums a day.
After 3 months, users should gradually reduce the number of gums consumed each day until only 1‐2 daily gums are required, by which time the use of the gum should be stopped. This process may take 6 months from the start of treatment. Counselling may help to accelerate quitting.
Those using NRT for more than 9 months should seek advice from a health professional.
RYZE gums are designed and developed in Denmark and Made in India.
Though most users do not experience any side effects on consuming RYZE gums, some users may have some effects. Common side effects, especially during the first few weeks could be: headache, nausea, vomiting, hiccups, throat irritation, jaw muscle ache, and sore throat or
mouth.
In case you have exceeded the recommended dosage or a child has ingested, please contact a doctor immediately. Overdose symptoms
include headache, sickness, diarrhea and stomach pain.
It is best to avoid use of removable dentures while chewing RYZE gum.
Avoid eating while chewing RYZE gum. Using acidic beverages, such as coffee or soft drinks, together with RYZE gums may interfere with the buccal absorption. Acidic beverages should be avoided for 15 minutes prior to chewing RYZE gum.
No. However we do recommend RYZE gum to be stored below 250C at dry place protected from direct sunlight.
The shelf-life of RYZE gums is 24 months. Please read the expiry date on the packaging of RYZE gums.
