Nicotine gums should be chewed differently compared to ordinary chewing gums to ensure that the nicotine release is gradual and satisfying. They deliver the best results when the following CHEW - PAUSE - CHEW method is followed:

1. CHEW the gum till you get the taste of nicotine (a slightly sharp, spicy note)

2. PAUSE & park the gum in your mouth

3. CHEW again when the nicotine note fades

The flavour of nicotine starts to become very faint after 18-20 mins. However, given the soft-chew technology, a RYZE nicotine gum can be chewed for up to 30 minutes.

RYZE 2mg gums: Depending on the consumption habit and quitting plan, 6-12 pieces a day, and not more than 24 pieces of gums a day.

After 3 months, users should gradually reduce the number of gums consumed each day until only 1‐2 daily gums are required, by which time the use of the gum should be stopped.
